Haeshian Food, Established in 2003

 

Our mission is to promote natural food, healthy eating, and provide our consumers with the best choice of seaweed products. 

Currently, we manufacture Korean seaweed, seaweed sandwiches, seaweed crisps, and other seaweed products. We create our own brands as well as provide OEM services and professional seaweed products and packaging suggestions based on client needs.

Haeshian Food’s consumer products are spread across all major distributors, mainly supermarket chains, convenience stores,and online shopping platforms. We provide a stable source of high quality seaweed goods for our distributors.

In recent years, we have been actively developing new products and flavours based on changing market and consumer needs.Importantly, Haeshian Food is committed to quality and obtained ISO22000 and HACCP certification through SGS in 2008.

Our strict quality control procedures ensure our seaweed products continue to meet international standards for food hygiene andsafety andsafety and provide our consumers and clients with the highest quality products.  

 

                     

Haeshian Food Company History

 

In 2003, Haeshian Trading Co., Ltd. was established as the first factory in Taiwan to successfully produce Korean seaweed on site.

In 2005, Haeshian Trading Co. Ltd. cooperated with over 10 ODM clients.

In 2007, Haeshian Trading Co. Ltd. moved to a larger factory in Gangshan Industrial Zone to maximize seaweed production and meet rising consumer demands. In the same year our name changed to Haeshian Food Co., Ltd.

In 2008, Haeshian Food obtained ISO22000 and HACCP certification from SGS.

In 2009, Haeshian Food established a Japanese-style seaweed production line.

In 2010, Haeshian Food won first place in Costco sales in Taiwan.

In 2012, Haeshian Food’s own brand was established.

In 2013, Haeshian Food went on a home shopping TV channel and set a record of selling 1000 boxes of seaweed in one day.

In 2013, Haeshian Food received an order from Atomy’s online platform, and set a record of selling 10, 000 boxes of seaweed a month.

In 2016, Haeshian Food established a seaweed sandwich production line, and exported products to Singapore.

In 2017, Haeshian Food passed the Halal Certification and our products were exported to Malaysia and Canada.

In 2018, Haeshian Food sold our own brand on home shopping TV channels and exported our products to Australia. 

In 2019, Little Monster Sandwich Seaweed was launched in various supermarket chains and Carrefour.

In 2020, Chunpin Black Pepper Seaweed was sold in various supermarket chains and Carrefour.
